Terms of Use
Effective 21 July 2026 · Last updated 21 July 2026
These terms cover your use of Orbit Axis. They are written to be read, not to be impressive. If something here is unclear, ask — an agreement you did not understand is not much of an agreement.
1. Accepting these terms
By creating an account or using Orbit Axis, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. Orbit Axis is published by not yet published.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least not yet published years old to use Orbit Axis, and you must be able to enter into these terms where you live.
3. Your account
- Keep your password to yourself, and use one you do not use elsewhere.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it.
- One person per account. Do not share sign-in details.
4. Acceptable use
Please do not:
- Try to access another person's account, charts, or readings
- Probe, scan, or attack the service or its infrastructure
- Automate access in ways that degrade the service for other people
- Upload unlawful content, or content you have no right to provide
- Enter another person's birth details without their agreement
- Present Orbit Axis output as professional advice of any kind
5. What you provide stays yours
Your birth details, saved charts, questions, and preferences remain yours. You grant Orbit Axis only the permission needed to operate the service for you: to store your data, calculate charts from it, and show them back to you. That permission ends when you delete your account.
6. Orbit Axis source code
Orbit Axis and the Orbit Axis Engine are free software under the GNU Affero General Public License, version 3 or later. Because Orbit Axis is offered over a network, the AGPL entitles you to its complete corresponding source code. See the source page.
The licence covers the software. It does not give anyone rights over your personal data.
7. Third-party software and services
Orbit Axis uses Swiss Ephemeris (Astrodienst AG) for astronomical calculation, under its AGPL option, and relies on Supabase, Vercel, and Geoapify to operate. Their own terms apply to their services. Third-party notices are listed on the source page.
8. What astrology readings are, and are not
Astrology interpretations in Orbit Axis are for personal reflection and entertainment. The astronomical positions are calculated precisely, and that precision is real — but a precisely calculated position is not a prediction. Nothing here is a statement of fact about your future, your character, or anyone else's.
- Readings may be incomplete, generic, or simply wrong for you.
- An unknown birth time means houses, Rising sign, and Midheaven cannot be calculated, and Orbit says so rather than guessing.
- No outcome is guaranteed, implied, or predicted.
9. AI-assisted wording
Orbit Axis separates calculated facts from how they are worded. In the public service, readings are produced by the deterministic engine — the same inputs give the same output, and no external AI provider is involved.
Where wording is ever AI-assisted, Orbit labels it. Do not treat AI-worded text as calculated fact, and do not treat calculated fact as advice.
10. Orbit Axis is not professional advice
Orbit Axis does not provide medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or any other professional advice, and it is not an emergency service.
Do not delay seeking qualified help because of anything you read here. If you are in crisis or in danger, contact your local emergency services or a crisis line in your country.
Please do not make significant decisions about your health, relationships, money, or legal position on the basis of a reading.
11. Availability
Orbit Axis is provided as-is and may be unavailable, interrupted, or changed. Features may be added, altered, or withdrawn. Some parts of the app are still in development and are not enabled.
12. Suspension
Access may be suspended or ended where it is necessary to protect the service or other people — for example, sustained abuse or attempts to reach another person's data. Where it is reasonable to do so, you will be told why.
13. Deleting your account
You can permanently delete your account at any time from More → Account → Delete account. It is immediate and irreversible. See how account deletion works.
14. Warranties
Orbit Axis is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows — including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
15. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Orbit Axis and its publisher are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions taken on the basis of a reading.
Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be removed. Consumer protection law where you live may give you rights that override parts of this section, and those rights stand.
16. Changes to these terms
These terms may change as Orbit Axis changes. The "last updated" date above will change, and material changes will be announced in the app before taking effect. Continuing to use Orbit Axis after that means you accept the revised terms.
17. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of not yet published, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.
